The Joint operates over 500 chiropractic clinics throughout the United States. While some of the clinics are franchised, the Joint requires meticulous attention to the consistency and quality of the care provided regardless of the owner of the clinic. This consistency and the knowledge of what treatments are recommended for each patient is a key aspect of The Joint’s delivery, especially for patients on the go.
When we began our project with The Joint, they were using a home-grown system that had been pushed far past its expected limit. With growth on the horizon, The Joint made the decision to move to a flexible CRM that could handle.
We first developed the solution for the “front office” or the patient intake and queueing processes. We then moved to the development of a touch-screen solution for the doctors that allows them to quickly review intake notes, injuries and other issues. The doctor can then move to treatment recommendations and can identify which treatments she performed while still using the touch-screen capabilities. Finally, we developed a fully configured POS system that allows for multiple methods of payment and completely integrates the The Joint’s credit card processing company.
The Joint now has a state-of-the-art CRM that manages all patient data, including recommended treatments, all payments as a point of sale system, and all doctor notes and instructions. The new solution covers over 90 percent of The Joint’s business transactions and is built for speed, security, consistency and growth.
